Permanent seminar: Operation Operation and development of the observatory The Coordinators of initiative 2007-2012: Fernando Embid Fernandez, MĒ Dolores Berenguer Ros, Pere Miquel Campos, Irene Ramos Soler, Jordi Sanchez Navas.  Work groups The participant students in the seminar divide themselves in groups that dedicate themselves to the different themes search. A student by group is the coordinator of each one of those themes and is the one in charge to be collecting the data that the group is defining. Those data are given to the tutorial professor. Presencialidad The seminar is developed throughout the course, from October to June. A biweekly presence in classrooms is consider. An average session of two hours and to three hours every fifteen days, for the putting in common of the data collected by each group and to solve doubts or restlessness. It is tried to articulate two work sessions; one Tuesday in the Host City of Alicante and another one Fridays in the Campus of San Vicente of the Raspeig. The first step occurs from a debate table in which the participants of the seminar put at issue the interests that daily as usuary and consuming of mass-media they have been been. This table of debate happens through the reflection of the reality from its point of view; by the sensation that they have on as it is had to them been quiestioning on the part of medios through time and of its experience With the reflections on these sensations a questionnaire of analysis of each one of the themes is made in which it is going away to conduct the observation. Data summary Once carried out questionnaires on each theme we have revealing and clear data on the reality that worries to the group. These data collected by the participants of the course are given to the tutorial teaching staff who compiles them of one more a more statistical form to be able to extract conclusions.
