Objectives and Strategy

The project explores the various training techniques based on playful activities that can empower learners belonging to vulnerable groups (unskilled, aged, migrants, physically impaired, low income, etc.) to develop social competences and practical skills, increasing their motivation to learn and countering feelings of resignation and apathy.

The Consortium regularly gathers as a Think Tank to consider and discuss the possible impacts and developments of the proposals put forward by each organisation. In this way partners collaborate following a structured Management Plan that leads them from observation and analysis of their own local contexts and players to a comprehensive collection of educational material assembled to form a descriptive Syllabus.

The Syllabus contains the outline of the entire process involving learners and staff and constitutes a body of valuable resources for organisations confronted with traineeship issues in relation to vulnerable and disadvantaged groups.

Based on their on the field experience, learners, teachers and trainers from each organisation exchange and assess their proposals in the form of structured seminars giving details concerning their aims, methodology and expected results as reflexive practitioners.
