The first meeting day of the Project was held in the University of Alicante

The partners were welcomed and a Grouppicture was made next to the Symbol of the Univeristy “ a hand writing into the sky” . A guided tour took place showing the campus of the University.

1.  Short presentation of the meeting programme.

Barbara Wiesen, coordinator of the Project welcomed all partners and  introduces all partners into the meeting agenda for the next two days. She explained some details about the program which has been received by all the partner countries by e-mail before the meeting date.

2.  Review of Tasks after the last meeting.

Turkey partner prepared the meeting report from Italy  meeting in November 2014. The 9 exemplary of the meeting report gave signed during the meeting and distributed to all Key persons.

3. Project and Partnership Evaluation

(Results from the previous meeting)

Project evaluation was prepared by Daniel from Belgium. He already uploaded the results to Google drive where our project data exist.

Generally the results were satisfied

4. Solutions for case study – Poland 

Synopsis Paper presentation by Latvia. A presentation for a solution is given by all partners. Some Playful activities took place showing how we can use other sense more to try cooking.

5. Solutions for case study – Portugal

A presentation for a solution is given by all partners. Playful activities also took place.

Tuesday  30^th  June 2015

8. Playful Activity organized by Spanish Team

We separated into 4 teams and we tried to build the highest tower by using some papers. The cooperation of the members for building a tower and the presentation of it was a nice activity. The Aim of this activity was the Teambuilding , Leadership , Communication and Cooperation.

9. Summarizing the Solutions Collection for our different study case themes

All 9 partners are summarizes their impression of the project in a form of a news. The pleasure  and the importance of taking part in  this project is what it said from all partners.

11. Presentation of the Syllabus

Barbara presents the final syllabus. The Syllabus will be available on the Web Page by download

12. Final Report

The Coordinator Barbara presents the common part of the final report. She explained that all partner need to use the own form from the local National Agency. The individual part is to fill in by all partner and to send to the NA until the 30^th of September.

The NA ask also documents from the project –meetings (Bord-Card, Certificate of Participation, Meeting-Report) and also the Product of the Project:

Very important is also to sign in, in the EST European Shared Treasure.

All partner has to login there.

13. Closing Game the Project by Coordinator

Barbara had prepared a final game for all partners. Each partner had to solve a riddle before getting a little gift.

Barbara gave a little Elephant from the Elephant – Parade that had taken place in Luxembourg during the Kick-Off – Meeting. The Elephants are a sign for luck and they are travelling around the world. Barbara thanks all the partners for the cooperation of the project.

Cultural Programme in the afternoon

After lunch we visited the Elche Municipal Park. It is  one of the most emblematic parts of the city. It was designated a Word Heritage Site. The Palm Grove and network or irrigation channels). After this, the group  visited the Festa Museum,  the Basilica de Santa Maria (One of the most beautiful examples of the Baroque (XVII). In this temple the Mystery Play of Elche was performed for the first time) and  Huerto del Cura Garden (priest’s orchard)

Wednesday  1^th of July

            The next day on 1^st  of July was the additional day for cultural visits.

The spanish Team organized a guided visit to the „Peñón de Ifach Natural Park“. We  visited the „Archeological Site Pobla Medieval de Ifach” and we had free time in Calpe Harbour. After lunch we transferred to Benidorm, where we had a look at the impressionable Skyline of this city.
