Project - and Partnership Evaluation

E-T Rep

Belgium explained how we planned to realize the project – and partnership evaluation to the Think Tank project. The evaluator will create after each meeting a questionnaire, which should be answered by one person of each country.

The questions should belong to the activities and the content of the meetings and they will be created individually after each meeting. Daniel Oddie showed a model paper of such a questionnaire.

After this point the first working meeting was finished and the group took a light lunch in the restaurant of the hotel.

After Lunch the group went to ETTELBRUCK, in the north of Luxembourg, where the Club Senior Nordstad is situated.

At 4 o’clock the delegations were invited in the town hall of ETTELBRUCK and had been welcomed by the deputy mayor of the city of Ettelbruck. Several politicians joined this reception. A photo and an article were printed in the national Press “Luxemburger Wort”.

After a promenade through the main street of Ettelbruck, the group visited the office of the hosting organization Club Senior Nordstad.

Then the group went to the dinner place in NIEDERFEULEN. The Club Senior organized an evening with a typical luxembourgish dish and dancing music. Also a group luxembourgish volunteers were invited and could come in contact with the international guests.
